Refund policy

Summary: Perishable food items generally cannot be returned. If your order contains missing items, spoiled food, wrong products, or damaged packaging, we offer a replacement or refund within 48 hours of delivery (depending on the situation).


1. Eligibility

  • Perishable items (fresh fruits, cooked meals, dairy, bakery items) are non-returnable for safety reasons.

  • Items that are spoiled, contaminated, wrong, or have damaged packaging are eligible for inspection and may receive a replacement, store credit, or refund.

  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery in the USA.

  3. Include: photos of the item, order number, delivery date/time, and a brief description.

  4. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours in the USA.

3. Refund / Replacement Process

  • Upon receiving your claim, we will verify the issue using photos and delivery info.

  • After verification, you may receive:

    • Replacement (if the same item is available)

    • Full refund (if replacement is not possible)

    • Store credit (based on customer preference)

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days in the USA.

4. Non-returnable Items

  • Opened or partially consumed items.

  • Perishable items (fresh meals, cut fruits) unless packaging is damaged or contamination is proven.

  • Items clearly marked “Non-returnable”.

5. Delivery & Temperature-Sensitive Items

  • If the packaging is broken or temperature control failed during delivery in the USA, please take photos/videos for verification.

  • Cold-chain items are handled with special instructions; failure to follow them may void replacement guarantees.

6. Exchanges

  • Wrong items delivered can be exchanged.

  • If same-day pickup is possible in the USA, replacement is arranged the same day; otherwise, it will be done at the next available slot.

7. Cancellation & Pre-orders

  • Pre-ordered cooked/ready-to-eat items can be cancelled X hours before delivery (recommended 12–24 hours cutoff in the USA).

  • Cancellations after the cutoff may incur partial charges.
